She works with high-achieving women to break free from mental, emotional, and spiritual barriers into the abundant life Jesus promised.
She has spent the last decade in the Mental Health Field in various positions professionally, as well as in the Christian Ministry space as a Prayer Intercessor and Deliverance Minister. She started CYC to fill the gap for those who desire personal growth counseling with a Biblical, Spirit-led approach. Her framework for all CYC coaching, courses, and education includes science-backed tools focused on Nervous System Health, simple and effective holistic health protocols, and integrates Biblical text with a Spirit-led application.
